Tianjin Goldsun Wire Rope Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established in Tianjin by Hong Kong Golik Holdings Limited (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and Tianjin Metallurgical Group. The factory was founded in 1939 and was invested and controlled by Hong Kong Golik Holdings Limited in 2002, establishing Tianjin Golik One Rope Steel Wire Rope Co., Ltd; In 2005, Bridon invested and controlled the company, which was renamed Bridon (Tianjin) Wire Rope Co., Ltd; In 2009, Hong Kong Golik Holdings Limited increased its capital again to hold 70.5% of the shares and changed its name to Tianjin Goldsun Wire Rope Co., Ltd.
